What kind of converter should I get for my Canon Rebel XT?
I am more than my 18-55mm f3.5-5.6 for my Canon Rebel XT without buying an objective comparison. So I thought to find a converter, but I do not know what kind to get because I'm not sure if there is a type of insurance to find. Thank you in advance.
The other problem with converters is the effect of autofocus. I think most of Canons need a maximum aperture of F5.6 at least a reliable autofocus. Even a disk 1.6 in the 18-55mm, very quickly put in a position when his approach is not blocked. If you have a fixed aperture lens with a maximum aperture of at least F4, you can use a converter. A very nice goal for your new Canon XT could be the 55-250mm. Check out some online stores trusted device, such as Adorama and B & H Photo I think it's less than $ 250. Good luck!
