Film Review: Saw III
HEAT SPOILER – If you have not seen the movie Saw III, you can skip this review.
Some people hate when reviewers give the details of a film of hearing distance, but it is my opinion that if you read a review, then you are ready to learn more about a film that did not already know. If you do not want to know the twists and turns and setbacks, so do not read the review, move the lazy ass and go see the movie again locked up and read.
SAW III is the answer to the question "Can a result be equal to or better than the original?" The answer I am happy to say "Yes." SAW II was a long way in establishing the world was created in the original film, but like most indie films to small initial budget was limited to places, characters, special effects, etc. It is based more on mood and stress to deliver scares, which is not an easy task and not to remove the film. The second film, the mortality rate increased and blood, maintaining a sense of being a horror movie great, but at the same time as trying to put the finishing touches Amanda (Shawnee Smith), Jigsaw being (Tobin Bell) actually accomplices failed to develop the other characters as strongly as the first film. Everything was corrected in the new movie.
James Wan and Leigh Whannell returned automatically sometimes a writer, even a better film than the previous two films combined, which is exactly what they did. The two have created a story that mixes narrative films earlier and maintained the character of myth created in this film with Al Gore and the extreme violence of the second movie and married the best of both worlds So what viewers enjoy a feat of extreme violence with the drama and advanced process development of character not seen in horror films the exorcist.
One of the things that make the Saw movies so enjoyable is that they are ruthless and never predictable and always pushing the envelope All good horror films to do so. He does not play until the lowest common denominator, but that rewards the audience with twists and each corner.
In a scenario where Saw movies are produced each year (SAW IV released this October) I'm afraid it's not for long. I fear that may be a "danger" way to continue the series against the possible explanations (ie, the resurrection of Michael Myers in Halloween: Resurrection, after were decapitated on Halloween: H20) which passes from the show below.
