What is flash memory?
If ever you feel the difference when the conversation at a party to the technology issues were above his head, it is now time to build their knowledge base. One of the most common ways to store information is in Memory Flash.

While flash memory may take various forms, such as Memory Cards, memory cards or USB keys, basic operating principles are the same.
Flash memory is special because it can transfer files and information between computers, simply insert and remove the memory card. If you take the Memory Stick or memory of your new Nikon Digital Camera and want to transfer your pictures to your computer to print photos, you can do so safely and without worries. Make sure the memory device is compatible with your new Nikon camera and computer.
Another great thing about flash is cost. This type of memory actually costs very little and is very versatile. Part of the reason it is so profitable, is that it can be erased and over and over again, unlike some other computer accessories such as CD or DVD.
Use Flash memory allows you to transfer a load of images to your computer to print or to edit, remove the flash memory device, and do the same thing over and over again as many times as you want.
A source of flash memory is a great way to copy your digital photos while editing them. If you make a mistake in the culture or editing an image that can not be reversed, or even accidentally delete the photo, you can sleep easy knowing that you have a copy of the original image stored in the flash memory card that goes in the camera.
It's a good idea two cards, so you can make one that is always at the camera and the other is used to save the photo files as you work.
