Photo editing freeware – Five recommended programs for image editing
If you've read my article editing software Free Photo – What features should I look for and then some ideas on tools that are available. Although there are many programs editing available, I used a lot. So these are what I recommend. All of them are free.
Paint.net
This software is quite simple and easy to use. It also offers some advanced features, such as diapers and curves. Change is the size of the screen that displays the image appears only after a stop. This is not bad as long as you know.
Irfanview
Best known as an image viewer, Irfanview is a publisher as well. It has many features like batch resize and resize the thumbnails to view images. Also offers many types of image files if you want to change the extension of the photo.

FastStone Image Viewer

Picasa 3
