Is it half the size of 35mm film (36 mm (1.4 inches) x 24 mm (0,94) = 43.27 mm (1.704 inches)) and format suitable for professional use in the digital age. The image circle of the interchangeable lens is determined by the length of the diagonal. The focal length is about half that of a lens of 135 film camera to take the same angle of vision. "

NOTE: Some comments posted 4 / 3 instead of the quote (the women) "OD" lens or assembly (50 mm and micro-4 / 3 ~ 44mm), not the most suitable diameter (D) ~ 44 mm, which is the body of the device photo montage of women in a male lens diameter mounted outside diameter (micro-3.4 ~ 38mm).
