Zoom Lens

What lens should I do for my DSLR?
A major benefit of digital SLRs (ie, semi-professional and professional) is the ability to use different lenses. But deciding which lens to buy and what the objective is appropriate for a specific type photography is a bit difficult. In this article, we learned about the benefits and the main purpose of the use of certain types of lenses, with the hope we make it easy for you to decide.
Let's take a look at the different types of lenses and learn when they are used.
The focal length lenses and zoom lens: A fixed lens is called a primary objective. This is contrary to zoom varifocal. As the length focal length is set to call for an image that will be necessary to adjust the distance to the site for certain objects or people in the photo. In lentils zoom, you use the zoom to compose the image instead of changing the distance from the camera to the scene.
Prime lenses are easier to construct than zooms and can be designed to have better performance, sharpness and quality of the capture of the lenses. zooms generally different types of errors in different focal lengths, while the objective principals have the fewest mistakes. The objectives focal length are very compact and much smaller than the zoom lenses. Its price is cheaper than other types of lenses in a size of the opening of equality. You can buy a 50mm f/1.8 lens of a Canon or Nikon camera for about $ 100 while a zoom lens with the same aperture size could cost over $ 1000.
Aperture: Bigger aperture sizes (less than f) and f / 1.4, f / 1.8 f 2 / give more light the camera sensor and are therefore more light (photo can be taken at a shutter speed faster). But zoom lenses with larger aperture size can be extremely costly. F-number is calculated by dividing the focal length and diameter of the opening. For example, if the size of the opening (Ie window membrane) 50 mm lens set at 6.25 mm number 50mm/6.25mm f = 8 which means that the size of the aperture, the objective is set to f / 8.
Normal first objective is a main objective (ie with a fixed focal point) with focal 50 mm is called a normal lens. Pictures taken with a 50mm lens appears to be similar to what our eyes see on the site (point of view, angles, etc.). Canon, Nikon and some other brands of digital SLRs, as mentioned in the previous section, normal opening of the sales target of size f / 1.8 or better (as f / 1.4) at a discount. F/1.8 normal lens is adapted to relatively low light conditions and produces sharp images and brilliant.
Short zoom lens, zoom lenses covering the range up to 50-60mm may be considered in this category. Examples of these lenses is 35-70mm f/3.4-4.5 and 28-70mm f/3.5-4.5. Today, some models from Canon and Nikon are offered with a price of 18-55mm f/3.5-4.5. These lenses can be considered short zooms, while covering a wide range of wide and super.
Super Zoom: These are the types that cover a wide range great. Super zoom and a lens cover 18-200mm Wide Angle and lengths of tele-surgery.
However, the most important feature of these lenses is the need to avoid changing the lens. These lenses can provide nearly all focal lengths you need and therefore sometimes referred to as "Walking around Lens." If comfort is not a problem for you, we recommend that you use more than one goal that has better performance in a smaller focal range.
Wide-angle and Ultra Wide-angle objectives: Lenses with a focal length of 21mm to 35 mm are usually called wide angle lenses. The focal length lenses below 21 mm are called fisheye lenses. These objectives may be raw or lens focal length adjustment (zoom). Wide-angle sizes are larger (of the order of f / 1.4 at f/2.8) high angle zoom (f/3.5-f/4.5 aperture sizes of most of the time). Again, capture the types of flexibility while the first lenses provide sharper images, less money and greater openness (ie, better pictures in low light conditions.) There are also zooms just cover wide ranges of width and super. These include 21-35mm 18-28mm lens.
The wide angle of coverage is also one advantages of large scope and great lenses. An ultra wide Sometimes, it can capture up to an angle of 90 degrees or more.
Large and ultra-wide-have generally perspective distortion. Such distortion causes images to be photographed alongside much larger than distant objects. These lenses are adapted to take pictures inside of buildings, street photography and so on.
If all the shots inside buildings, an objective that covers focal lengths of 28 mm or less suitable. This type of lens that can capture a considerable angle of a scene without needing a distance to the object (s). However, if you do portraits and nature of a wider lens more useful. In these cases, a target of 35-135mm is very good.
Long telephoto lenses, lenses with a focal length of 135 mm or more are generally considered long telephoto lenses. Tele lenses with different focal lengths are called telephoto, while those with a fixed focal length is simply called telephoto lenses. You can find 55-200mm 55-250mm, 70-300mm telephoto lens and similar to most brands of digital Slr Cameras. However, because of the wide range of lens and the complex design of different focal lengths of lenses may have errors and different quality. These lenses generally have a yield below the target Shorts zoom and fixed lenses telephoto. A 200mm telephoto lens is the first example of non-Telephoto Zoom.
Telephoto: Lenses with focal range of 85-135mm lens is sometimes referred to as portrait. This is due to the distortion of outlook is weak and at a sufficient distance between the individual subject and the camera can be maintained. Many telephoto zoom lens can be used in this range, but are heavier, taller and its maximum aperture size is less than first lenses. However, if you shoot many portraits, who prefers use telephoto lenses first half and has a focal length of 85mm between aperture size and maximum 105 mm f / 2. The first medium telephoto lenses have less Bugs in perspective and as already mentioned its image quality is sharper and brighter and larger lens opening is cheaper that the main zoom lenses with maximum aperture size itself.
Macro lenses: Macro lenses are designed to provide the very high level and also increase the short focal distances. In the normal zoom lens distance of approach (ie, the distance between the lens and subject) is generally greater than 30 cm. This distance is a few centimeters up lenses so you can take pictures of a shorter distance and has a sharp and detailed picture of a very small (like a small flower or a bee).
